Staff Product Experience Designer - Customer Interfaces

Adyen is seeking a Staff Product Experience Designer to drive the core experience logic and strategy for their customer interfaces. This role involves partnering with product and technical leads to define long-term vision, resolve ambiguous experience gaps, and eliminate systemic experience debt. You will mentor senior designers, architect knowledge-sharing systems, and champion alignment across teams, while also scanning the industry for new methods and technologies like AI.

• Drive systemic logic and strategy for core experience
• Partner with Product and Technical Leads on strategic vision
• Eliminate systemic experience debt and define quality bar
• Provide strategic mentorship and craft leadership to senior designers
• Architect knowledge-sharing ecosystems for the PX organization
