About this role

As a Lead CX/UX Designer, you will independently own the research and design for a complex product area, from initial discovery through to implementation. You will conduct user research, define problems, and develop innovative solutions that enhance the experience for tax and accounting professionals. This role involves hands-on work across interaction and visual design, prototyping, and partnering with Product and Engineering teams to shape priorities and measure outcomes, while also mentoring junior designers.
