Product Experience Designer - UI/UX

Shape meaningful and intuitive digital experiences for GCash's financial and lifestyle products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs and business goals into effective design solutions, driving key business outcomes like adoption, engagement, and transaction growth. This role involves end-to-end product journey involvement, from problem definition to continuous improvement based on data and feedback.

• Design end-to-end customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
• Partner with Product Managers to translate business objectives into product experiences
• Utilize customer research and analytics to inform design decisions
• Create consistent and intuitive experiences across GCash's product ecosystem
• Drive key business metrics such as adoption, conversion, and retention
• Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
