Staff Product Designer, Growth

Join Checkr as a Staff Product Designer on our Growth team to drive customer acquisition and conversion through a product-led, self-serve approach. You will own design for funnel optimization, new user experiences, and personalization, leveraging AI to create impactful customer journeys. • Lead design for growth initiatives including funnel optimization, NUX, and personalization
• Leverage AI to design personalized customer experiences
• Own design systems, experiments, and new product features
• Translate quantitative and qualitative insights into testable ideas
• 7+ years of design experience with 4+ years in growth, e-commerce, or merchandising
• Experience with A/B testing and independent UX research
