UX and Human Factors Design

As a UX and Human Factors Design VP, you will research, analyze, and design intuitive digital products and systems for our clients. You will partner with Product and Technology teams to create best-in-class user experiences, from discovery and research to high-fidelity design and prototype delivery. This role is ideal for a pragmatic systems-thinker with a passion for detail and experience in high-risk, high-volume operational environments.

• Design digital products and systems for high-risk, high-volume operations
• Conduct UX research, define IA, user journeys, and create personas
• Master real-time data visualization, complex alert management, and workflow orchestration
• Apply human factors, cognitive psychology, and decision science principles
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and AI tools
• Contribute to design systems, standards, and best practices
