You will focus on designing the AI's reasoning and conversational presence, working closely with engineering and ML teams. • Design AI brain for shaping personality, goals, and objection handling
• Design conversational presence for live chat and video AI representation
• Prototype in code or AI tools, not just Figma
• Understand LLM behavior and design for latency, streaming, and failure modes
• Define problems and solutions alongside engineering and ML
• Shape design patterns for autonomous agents in enterprise sales
