UI/UX Designer

Lab37 Robotics is seeking a UI/UX Designer to focus on their internal tools ecosystem for kitchen operations, including inventory tracking, recipe development, and robot user interfaces. You will translate user needs into intuitive design solutions, drive the design process from concept to launch, and build across multiple platforms and devices.

• Design and refine user interfaces for robotic systems, customer-facing applications, and internal tools
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to gather insights and validate concepts
• Produce high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and user flows
• Partner closely with product managers and engineers throughout the design lifecycle
• Leverage AI to design and implement AI-powered solutions
• Contribute to and improve the design system for consistency
