About this role

As a Principal UX Designer on the Design Systems and Practices Team, you will lead the technical design and evolution of our enterprise design system. You will translate complex needs into reusable components, patterns, and foundations, ensuring consistency and quality across experiences. This hands-on leadership role requires deep expertise in design systems, strong craft, and close collaboration with engineering partners.

What we are looking for

Lead technical design and evolution of enterprise design system components, patterns, and foundations
Translate complex product needs into reusable, accessible, and scalable solutions
Own complex component architecture, including variants, states, and behaviors
Establish high bar for interaction, visual, and systems design quality
Partner closely with front-end engineers to ensure design and code alignment
Create clear documentation and usage guidance for designers and developers
