About this role

As an Associate Director, Creative, you will be a visual visionary and tactical leader responsible for defining the aesthetic direction of key accounts. You will bridge the gap between big ideas and beautiful execution, leading a team of designers and art directors to elevate visual output across all touchpoints.

What we are looking for

Lead visual evolution of brands and oversee art direction for pitches and flagship projects
Guide and mentor junior to mid-level Art Directors and Designers
Own the visual narrative across multi-channel campaigns
Lead the visual side of production, including photography and motion design
Act as the visual authority in client meetings, presenting design systems with clarity
5+ years of art direction or design experience in an agency or high-growth brand environment
