Senior / UX Designer, Discovery - Digital Society Products (DSP)

Lead human-centered design research and strategy for public sector digital transformation projects. You will collaborate with product managers and policy teams to define problems, co-create solutions, and produce high-quality design artifacts for national-scale digital products.

• Lead design research using mixed methods
• Map services end-to-end with service design tools
• Frame problems and define opportunities with stakeholders
• Co-create and prototype concepts with users
• Produce polished UI designs and interaction flows
• Influence senior stakeholders with compelling presentations
