Product Designer II

Built Technologies is seeking a Product Designer II to join their remote US-based team. This role focuses on designing complex financial workflows for the real estate and construction industry, making high-stakes processes simple and human. You will independently own design execution, lead user research, and collaborate with product and engineering teams.

• Own design execution for features from discovery through delivery
• Lead user research activities including customer interviews and usability tests
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers on feasibility and implementation
• Contribute to and maintain the design system
• Articulate design decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders
