Lead Product Designer - AI and Platform Experience

Cisco is seeking a Lead Product Designer to redefine user interaction with their products through AI-powered experiences and generative UI. You will be a key member of the design team for Cisco Cloud Control, a high-visibility platform connecting security, networking, and AI product lines. This role involves end-to-end design, from strategy to pixel-level detail, focusing on creating scalable, unified, and AI-integrated experiences across the Cisco ecosystem.

• Design and evolve platform frameworks and patterns connecting multiple Cisco products
• Define vision for AI-integrated, agentic, and generative UI workflows
• Apply enterprise platform thinking to create modular, extensible systems
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research partners
• Champion visual excellence and design storytelling
• Utilize and advance AI-assisted design and prototyping workflows
