About this role

Leidos is seeking a Human-Centered Design (HCD) Lead, UI/UX Researcher to modernize a critical CRM platform for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). You will lead user research, design, and usability efforts to ensure the new system meets the needs of customer service representatives and stakeholders. This role offers the chance to significantly impact user experience and drive innovation within a mission-critical government contract.

What we are looking for

Lead HCD activities across the CRM modernization lifecycle
Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and observations
Create conceptual models, journey maps, and personas
Develop and refine prototypes and mock-ups for stakeholder validation
Design and conduct formative user research and usability testing
Ensure designs comply with Section 508 accessibility standards

Work authorization

Requires a Public Trust security clearance.
