About this role

MATTE PROJECTS is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join their creative studio. This role is for an early-career designer with 1-2 years of experience to support the creation of design work across digital, experiential, brand, and content platforms. You will collaborate with senior designers and creative leadership to bring ideas to life and learn studio workflows.

Support design execution across digital, print, experiential, and motion platforms
Assist in developing visual concepts for branded content, campaigns, and experiences
Translate creative direction into thoughtful design work
Prepare production-ready files with attention to detail
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support new business efforts
Manage multiple projects and deadlines with guidance
