Product Designer II, Agent Experience

Bestow is seeking a Product Designer II to focus on the Agent Experience, transforming how insurance agents, wholesalers, and back-office teams quote and manage policies. This role involves end-to-end design ownership, from problem framing and research to prototyping and implementation partnership, with a focus on creating fast, clear, and credible user experiences.

• Own end-to-end design for agent, wholesaler, and distribution workflows
• Design for multiple distinct user types within a complex system
• Conduct user research, including moderated sessions with external agents
• Shape solutions in partnership with product managers and external partners
• Create user flows, diagrams, Figma designs, and coded prototypes
• Collaborate in shared code repositories and partner with engineers
