Senior Product Designer

ING is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the digital banking experience for millions of Australians. This role involves driving end-to-end design for mobile-first products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and influencing product strategy. You will champion human-centered design and mentor other designers.

• Drive end-to-end digital experiences across mobile and digital platforms
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Brand, and Digital stakeholders
• Develop and communicate design concepts and customer insights
• Champion human-centered design, quality, accessibility, and consistency
• 5+ years of experience designing digital products and experiences
• Strong communicator with ability to influence stakeholders
