Design Lead

Conveo is seeking a Design Lead to own and evolve the company's visual identity across all touchpoints. This role involves hands-on design work, developing a scalable design system executed by both humans and AI agents, and ensuring a cohesive brand experience.

• Shape and maintain the visual vision for Conveo across all platforms
• Develop and govern the marketing design system for human and AI execution
• Perform daily hands-on design work to ensure high-quality visual output
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and external design partners
• Own the visual language and ensure consistency across all company assets
• Encode design rules for AI agents to execute brand guidelines
