UX/UI Designer

Robots & Pencils is seeking a UX/UI Designer to create intuitive digital experiences for client engagements. You will collaborate with product teams and engineers to translate complex ideas into user-friendly designs, from concept to polished delivery. This role is ideal for a designer passionate about AI and delivering high-quality, production-ready solutions.

• Design end-to-end UX/UI deliverables from exploration to high-fidelity execution
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interface designs balancing usability and business goals
• Build and maintain design systems for consistency and scalability
• Conduct UX research including usability testing and user interviews
• Partner closely with client product teams and internal engineers
• Utilize Figma and AI-assisted design tools for efficiency and creativity
