About this role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Product Designer to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and scalable digital product and platform experiences. This role involves leading design activities from problem framing to prototyping, conducting user research, and defining agentic experiences across J&J products. The position is hybrid, based in New Brunswick or Raritan, NJ, requiring a minimum of three days on-site weekly.

Establish design standards and reusable patterns
Simplify complex workflows and translate business challenges into design solutions
Experience designing for healthcare or regulated environments is preferred
