Product Designer, Identity

Lead the design of foundational identity and access systems for OpenAI's products, ensuring secure and usable experiences for consumers and enterprises. You will define new interaction models for human-to-agent and agent-to-agent authorization and trust.

• Lead design direction for identity, account security, and permissions
• Design sign-in, authentication, and access control experiences
• Define mental models for human-to-agent and agent-to-agent identity
• Translate complex policies into trustworthy user experiences
• Partner with product, engineering, and security teams
• Contribute to evolving design systems for identity
