Principal Art Director, Product

Oura is seeking a Principal Art Director, Product to lead and evolve the visual identity of the Oura App. This senior individual contributor role involves owning the product's visual language across illustration, photography, and iconography, setting quality standards, and guiding craft from concept to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external creative talent to ensure a cohesive and elevated user experience.

• Own and evolve Oura's product visual language for illustration, photography, and iconography
• Define principles, guardrails, and quality bar for visual assets
• Set photography direction and curation standards for product surfaces
• Build and steward illustration systems
• Partner closely with Product Design and Design Systems
• Manage external talent and ensure consistent, high-quality work
