Founding Product Designer

Salient is seeking its first Product Designer to shape the future of AI agents for regulated financial services. This hands-on role involves owning the design process from research to launch, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and customers. You will establish the design foundation, build workflows, and create a consistent user experience across AI-powered products.

• Own product design from customer research through launch and iteration
• Design customer-facing workflows for AI agent configuration, monitoring, and improvement
• Build Salient's design system and shared product patterns
• Create a consistent experience across multiple AI agents and future products
• Work directly with customers to understand needs and test new ideas
• Partner closely with product and engineering to shape priorities and ship quickly
