UX Director

SecurityScorecard seeks a UX Director to lead their Product Design & Research organization through a significant transformation towards AI-native, codebase-anchored design practices. This is a leadership role focused on rebuilding the team's operating model, embedding designers directly into product lines, and driving design strategy at the executive level. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B SaaS, a strong point of view on AI-augmented design, and a proven ability to build and govern design systems.

• Own and set multi-quarter design vision and strategy
• Rebuild the design team's operating model to be embedded in product-line pods
• Drive AI-first design leadership, with designers working directly against the codebase
