The Trade Desk is seeking a Staff UX Visual Designer to elevate the visual and interaction design of their global digital advertising platform. This senior role involves hands-on execution, setting design standards, and partnering with product and engineering teams to create clear, consistent, and well-crafted user experiences for complex, data-dense interfaces.

• Define and champion visual design excellence for the platform
• Translate complex problems into clear, compelling product experiences
• Lead high-fidelity design execution for flagship product features
• Build and evolve design patterns and systems for consistency
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on design strategy
• Mentor designers on visual craft and design systems thinking
