About this role

Target is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape early interaction models for agentic AI experiences. You will work through complex problems with product and engineering teams, turning rough ideas into buildable products. This role involves systems-level design, focusing on how patterns hold up across multiple teams and use cases, and defining how trust and autonomy are experienced by users.
