About this role

Evinova, a health tech company within AstraZeneca, seeks a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the evolution of their design system. This hands-on role involves creating reusable components, patterns, and governance to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scale across AI-native digital health solutions for clinical research. You will collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering teams to align on standards, drive design-to-code implementation, and embed accessibility into all aspects of the design system.

What we are looking for

Lead the evolution of the Evinova Design System
Create and maintain reusable components, patterns, and libraries
Partner with Design, Engineering, and Product for alignment and decision-making
Ensure design-to-code alignment and embed accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA)
Prepare design system for future-ready workflows including AI-enabled tools
Develop clear documentation and usage guidance for adoption
