Discord is seeking a Senior Staff Brand Designer to define and evolve our brand strategy and visual identity system. You will own the brand's consistency across all touchpoints, from product and marketing to partnerships and physical spaces. - Define and evolve Discord's brand strategy and visual identity system
- Own and maintain brand guidelines and governance models
- Enable teams to use the brand effectively through tools and enablement
- Review and approve brand-facing work across marketing, product, and partnerships
- Apply brand directly to core surfaces and art-direct external partners
- 10+ years of brand design experience, ideally in gaming or adjacent industries
