About this role

Black Canyon Consulting is seeking a User Experience Researcher to lead user research for government clients working on IT modernization for a large data sequencing repository. You will conduct interviews, usability testing, and analyze data to inform design decisions and improve user experiences. A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and excellent communication skills are essential.
