Lead Designer, Digital Experience Standards

As the Lead Designer for Digital Experience Standards, you will define and elevate the quality of WEX's digital products by establishing scalable design standards and systems. You will act as a "tastemaker," ensuring consistency, recognizability, and delight across dozens of web and mobile experiences, influencing quality through shared standards and AI-enabled practices.

• Set and encode experience standards and taste across the digital portfolio
• Build scalable systems for consistent brand, tone, voice, and interaction
• Lead portfolio-level critique to build design judgment and raise craft
• Anticipate emerging modalities for voice, conversational, and multimodal interaction
• Own the design OS for the agentic lifecycle, enabling AI-generated UI
• Translate design intent into build-ready artifacts for humans and agents
