Staff Product Designer

Ōura is seeking an experienced Staff Product Designer to craft innovative experiences that translate complex physiological data into actionable health insights. You will imagine and articulate new features for our award-winning Oura Ring and app, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deepen user understanding of sleep, activity, and overall well-being.

• 10+ years of digital product design experience, including mobile and wearables
• Experience designing for wearables, sensors, or connected devices
• Proven track record of project leadership and influencing product features
• Mastery of Figma and modern design tools
• Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across disciplines
