Sr. Director, Design - Product & Experience

Lead the product and experience design team to shape the look, feel, and functionality of Bevi's connected beverage platform. This role owns both industrial design and UI/UX, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across hardware and digital interfaces. You will set the design vision, manage a multidisciplinary team, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing to deliver innovative and customer-centric products.

• Define and maintain a coherent design language across hardware and digital products
• Set the bar for craft in industrial design and UI/UX
• Own CMF standards and decisions for hardware
• Shape the end-to-end product experience for drinkers, clients, and partners
• Manage and grow a team of Industrial Designers and UI/UX Designers
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to drive product strategy
