As a Principal User Experience Researcher at Fidelity, you will drive the future of our financial products by deeply understanding user needs and translating them into actionable insights. You will independently plan and execute research, collaborate with product and design teams, and influence strategy to create innovative solutions that help people achieve their financial goals.

What we are looking for

Own and prioritize research initiatives to drive user and business outcomes
Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies
Collaborate daily with Product, Design, and Content stakeholders
Independently scope, execute, and deliver research results with minimal oversight
Share insights and recommendations to influence product strategy and design
Contribute to UX Research community practices and processes
