Staff Product Designer, T0 (Agentic) Finance

Airwallex is seeking a Staff Product Designer to drive the product design vision for their Agentic Finance team. This role involves collaborating closely with product and engineering to define solutions from concept to launch, advocating for user needs, and leading end-to-end design across multiple platforms. The designer will also contribute to product strategy and shape the team's design culture.

• Define and drive product design vision from concept to shipped product
• Collaborate with product managers to scope design requirements
• Research, understand, and advocate for user needs
• Lead end-to-end design across desktop, mobile web, and native app experiences
• Partner with cross-functional teams and the design system team
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmap, and customer validation
