Stryker is seeking a Staff Engineer focused on UI/UX Design to join their team in Bengaluru. This hybrid role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to translate complex business problems into user-centric design solutions. You will be responsible for creating high-quality designs, developing design systems, and mentoring junior designers.

• Partner with designers, product managers, and stakeholders on user-centric solutions
• Translate business problems into scalable design solutions
• Produce high-quality solutions through wireframes, graphic designs, and site maps
• Develop and maintain reusable design systems and component libraries
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers and champion UX culture
• 7-10 years of professional UI/UX design experience
