Lead Brand Designer

Stord is seeking a Lead Brand Designer to own and evolve our visual identity across all touchpoints. This player-coach role involves setting creative direction, building scalable brand guidelines, and leading a small team while still producing high-impact design work. You will partner closely with various teams to translate our positioning into a distinctive brand system that drives growth and awareness.

• Own and evolve Stord's visual identity and brand system
• Set creative direction for campaigns, website, and events
• Design high-impact assets across digital and print
• Lead and coach a small team of designers and freelancers
• Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, and Product Design
• Build scalable templates and resources for brand consistency
