Product Designer (Consumer)

Counsel is seeking a Product Designer to shape the end-to-end consumer healthcare experience, from initial patient interaction to prescriptions and referrals. You will be responsible for setting visual, interaction, and motion standards to create a trustworthy and intuitive product that reimagines healthcare delivery.

• Shape core patient experience from advice to follow-ups
• Set visual, interaction, and motion craft standards
• Translate complex healthcare needs into simple, intuitive designs
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on 0→1 experiences
• Build and evolve product design system and interaction patterns
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams
