Design Lead

Gartner is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to simplify complex business workflows and create intuitive UX/UI design solutions for web, mobile, and desktop applications. You will lead the design process, conduct user research, translate concepts into user flows and wireframes, and iterate on designs based on user feedback and business requirements.

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Drive the experience design process among cross functional project teams
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and reusable UX components
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions based on a user-centered design approach
• Create graphics and web layouts that highlight important insights and clarify complex data
• Implement a lean approach to product development and validate design decisions
