About this role
As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape the UI and navigation for critical staff-facing experiences, simplifying complex workflows and modernizing an in-development platform. You will leverage your expertise in design systems, technical conversations, and stakeholder influence to build scalable patterns and tooling, making high-quality UX easier to deliver across the organization. This role also involves mentoring junior designers and fostering collaboration between design, product, and engineering teams.
