Join our Transport Experience Design team as a Senior Product Designer on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will craft intuitive, inclusive end-to-end user experiences, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Research to bring innovative ideas to life from discovery through to delivery and optimization. - Craft end-to-end user experiences using design system components
- Balance business requirements with user needs, supported by research
- Collaborate with engineering and product to understand technical constraints
- Advocate for inclusive and accessible design principles
- 5+ years of product design experience with a proven track record
- Own and drive design initiatives from discovery to optimization
