Sr. Staff UX Researcher

Lilly is seeking a Sr. Staff UX Researcher to lead complex research initiatives that shape digital products and services for patients and healthcare professionals. You will influence product strategy, identify evidence gaps, and translate research into clear recommendations. This role also involves coaching other researchers and maturing the UX research practice.
