Lead Product Designer

Twilio is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead the user experience for their Voice Products, including Programmable Voice and Call Telemetry. This role involves shaping the design strategy for complex technical developer tools and real-time voice infrastructure, focusing on information architecture, naming frameworks, and developer workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with Twilio's conversational AI portfolio and drive end-to-end design excellence.

• Lead end-to-end design for Twilio Voice products
• Translate complex telecom abstractions into developer experiences
• Drive cross-channel coherence with Messaging and Email teams
• Shape information architecture and design paradigms for technical landscapes
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, and Architects
• Mentor junior designers and uphold craft excellence
