Designer

As a Designer at Crate & Barrel, you will help customers envision possibilities for their homes by guiding them through design trends and product selection. You will build relationships, conduct consultations, and drive sales using digital tools to bring customer visions to life. This role requires a passion for home interiors, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with teams to achieve business goals.

• Drive sales and customer engagement through design consultations
• Create moodboards, 2D & 3D floor plans, and customer presentations
• Conduct in-person, in-home, and virtual consultations
• Maintain brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy
• Develop new customer relationships through networking and clienteling
• 1+ years of relevant experience in furniture sales or home decor design
