Internship: HMI & UX Design for Smart Automation

Gain hands-on experience in HMI and UX design for smart automation systems by improving operator interfaces for PLC-controlled parcel sortation. You will translate user needs into intuitive designs, implement improvements in Siemens TIA Portal, and test your solutions.

• Improve operator interfaces for PLC-controlled parcel sortation systems
• Translate user requirements into clear and intuitive HMI designs
• Implement and test HMI improvements using Siemens TIA Portal
• Collaborate with service engineers and project controls engineers
• Develop a compact HMI design baseline for navigation and status indications
