What we are looking for
6- Design thoughtful user experiences for complex broker operations
- Lead UX research and collaborate with Product Managers on vision and strategy
- Create diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
- Co-maintain a high-fidelity interactive prototype using Figma and AI tools
- Mentor junior UX and Product Designers
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio
