Lead Product Designer

Faire is seeking a Lead Product Designer to join their collaborative design team. You will shape the product by designing features and experiences for a strategic pillar, working closely with cross-functional teams. This role requires end-to-end design ownership, from discovery and prototyping to polished execution, and involves elevating the design craft across the organization.

• Define product direction based on customer understanding and business context
• Lead end-to-end design from discovery to production
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and data teams
• Evolve Faire’s design system, patterns, motion, and visual language
• Prototype fearlessly using modern tools and AI
• Elevate other designers by sharing craft, process, and storytelling
