Sr Experience Designer

This role involves close collaboration with researchers, product leaders, and engineers to develop design systems and craft polished visual experiences.

• Design intuitive and visually compelling UIs for AI and HCI experiences
• Translate complex concepts and emerging technologies into clear product experiences
• Create high-fidelity UI designs, interaction flows, and rapid prototypes using Figma
• Develop and maintain scalable design patterns and visual systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and research
• Champion user-centered design practices
