Product Designer

CoreWeave is seeking a Product Designer to create intuitive and efficient internal tools that support our AI-first enterprise stack. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex internal processes into user-friendly applications, dashboards, and AI-assisted tools, ultimately reducing friction and improving employee productivity.

• Design clear, efficient, and scalable experiences for internal employee systems and workflows
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, IT, Security, Data, and business stakeholders
• Translate complex internal processes into intuitive tools that reduce friction and improve decision quality
• Design across a range of internal products including workflow applications, dashboards, and AI-assisted tools
• Conduct user research, process mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Partner with engineers throughout the design and delivery process
