Design Senior Manager

Moxie is seeking a Design Senior Manager to lead design strategy and execution across marketing channels, including website, email, SMS, and events. This role involves hands-on design work, shaping marketing plans, and establishing design processes and systems for a growing remote-first company supporting aesthetic entrepreneurs.

• Own design end-to-end across website, email/SMS, lifecycle marketing, and events
• Raise the bar for high-end medspa design and integrated marketing plans
• Build a template system for smaller practices to ensure strong performance
• Streamline and document design processes and SLAs
• Identify and implement AI design tools to scale output
• 5+ years of design experience with a portfolio spanning multiple channels
