AKQA is seeking a Design Lead to guide and inspire a team of designers in creating exceptional digital experiences for a globally recognized consumer brand. You will shape creative vision, lead the evolution of complex design systems, and ensure design excellence from concept to delivery.

• Lead and inspire design teams to produce world-class digital product experiences
• Oversee the creation and evolution of complex, scalable design systems
• Shape creative vision for digital platforms aligned with client goals and user needs
• Collaborate with UX, strategy, and development teams
• Present creative concepts and design solutions to clients
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level designers
