Staff Product Designer, Consumer

Flex is seeking a Staff Product Designer to own end-to-end design for a product area, focusing on creating a seamless rent payment experience for consumers. You will develop product vision, explore opportunities, and deliver high-quality design solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to address complex financial needs.

• Lead design for a product area, contributing to strategy and roadmap
• Own end-to-end design execution from discovery to implementation
• Design for consumers facing financial pressure, ensuring clarity and dignity
• Partner with PM and analytics to structure experiments and analyze data
• Contribute to the Design System and evolve user experience patterns
• Develop detailed prototypes, including micro-interactions and moments of delight
